If so see if they are doing the open and just drop in for the open WODs. Most places would be into having you do that. So hit them up, it's worth a shot for sure. healthyyishappy asked: PB KILLS my intake as well. I live in Canada and just ordered PB2 recently online and I think it is worth looking into/trying! A bit late, sorry!
Tuesday was Day 10 and I did my morning hour on the step mill. Lovely!
It was also a clean day, but I ate TONS of rice cakes. I don’t know but I’m craving food like crazy lately XD

Double-duty training (morning cardio, evening workout) complete with negatives XD
I also got a war wound. Somehow I popped a blood vessel on my finger and it swelled up black and blue! I didn’t even notice I did it but I think I pushed to hard on the negatives… Awesome! I would post a pic but I iced it...

Not Clean - Had some dark chocolate covered pomegranate seeds at my dad’s place. I do not regret my cheats! XD They were delicious. Otherwise I was good :)
Training was overlooked.
So all-in-all, it looks like I had an off day.
Tomorrow is a new day!
